Gerry Murray Designs reserves the right to deny access to it's website to any person or organisation at any time. It is our responsibility to protect the copyright of images contained on www.gerrymurray.co.uk on our artist's behalf.
While we endeavour to provide continuous access to our site, Gerry Murray Designs does not accept any liability for any losses arising from long periods of restricted access caused by routine maintenance, server or other issues out of our control.
The contents of this website are subject to Section 77 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and may not be reproduced in any form whatsoever without the express written consent of Gerry Murray Designs.

Whilst Gerry Murray Designs take all reasonable care in the identification and captioning of all items, they do not accept any liability for any losses arising from errors in connection therewith.

The images available to view online at www.gerrymurray.co.uk shall not be reproduced, copied, loaned or transferred, and no use shall be made of them without the prior permission of Gerry Murray Designs.
All images contained on www.gerrymurray.co.uk and in its image databases, remain in the charge of Gerry Murray Designs and the copyright the property of it's artists until reproduction rights are purchased.
No rights to reproduce designs will pass to the client until payment has been received in full by Gerry Murray Designs. No design may be significantly changed or altered, either manually or digitally, without the purchase of or with written consent from Gerry Murray Designs.
Gerry Murray Designs will use their best endeavours to ensure that designs licensed by them are exclusive, however, this cannot be guaranteed and they do not accept responsibility for exclusivity.
